Custom Design Orders

Our custom, made-to-order pieces are tailored to your specific measurements, color choices, and style. Due to the personalized nature of these designs:

• No Returns or Exchanges: Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Commitment to Satisfaction: While returns or exchanges are not permitted, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have concerns about the fit or design, please contact us directly. We will gladly work with you to make necessary adjustments or provide further consultation to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Ready-to-Wear Collections

We offer exchanges for our Ready-to-Wear pieces under the following conditions:

• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

• We do not offer refunds on Ready-to-Wear items.
