• Couture & Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these products.

• Ready-to-Wear Items: You may return eligible ready-to-wear items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.

• Home Décor (Stoi’s Luxury Living): In-stock items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, and custom-made items are non-returnable.
