Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

Standard Shipping: Complimentary on orders over $500. Delivery within 5-7 business days after your order is completed and ready for dispatch.
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Delivery within 2-3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping: Available at a flat rate. Delivery typically within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination country.
Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.

Custom Orders

Each couture piece is made to order, so shipping times vary based on garment complexity. Production timelines will be provided upon ordering, and shipping occurs immediately after your piece is completed.

Shipping Notification

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate to avoid delays. Maison de Stoi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs processes, or carrier issues.

Packaging

Each garment is carefully packaged in our custom luxury boxes to maintain the quality and elegance of your couture piece during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery notification. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
