Whether you're seeking a couture statement for a special occasion or a bespoke luxury piece tailored to your lifestyle, our Made-to-order process ensures exceptional quality, personal attention, and true creative collaboration.

Consultations are available both in-person and virtually. Clients located in Columbia, South Carolina, may schedule a face-to-face meeting for a full sensory experience. For international or out-of-state clients, we offer Zoom appointments tailored to your time zone and availability.

Custom Design Process & Policy Overview
1. Personalized Design Consultation
Begin your couture journey with a one-on-one consultation—either in person at a Maison de Stoi location or virtually. This is your moment to share your vision, style preferences, and unique requests.
Our expert stylists and designers will guide you through fabric choices, silhouettes, embellishments, and design elements, ensuring your garment embodies your individuality and the Maison de Stoi standard of luxury.
2. Production Timeline
Each made-to-order garment is handcrafted exclusively for the client. Timelines range from 4 to 12 weeks, depending on design complexity.
You will receive regular progress updates, including estimated completion and delivery dates.
3. Deposit & Payment Structure
To uphold the integrity of our process and mutual commitment:

The full balance must be paid in full prior to the start of designing your garment.
4. Material Sourcing & Sustainability
We prioritize sustainability and ethical craftsmanship. Clients can choose from a curated selection of:

All materials are sourced with care and consideration for both quality and sustainability. You may request details on fabric origins at any time.
5. Fittings & Alterations
To ensure an exceptional fit:

Minor alterations within the agreed design scope are complimentary.

Significant changes outside the original design may incur additional fees.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of custom garments:

All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of confirmation.
After this window, deposits become non-refundable due to design labor and material sourcing already in progress.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Upon completion, clients may choose:

8. Exclusive Design Rights & Integrity
All designs created by Maison de Stoi are original works.
