All Made-to-Order Sales Are Final

Each garment is custom-made specifically for you—based on your preferences, measurements, and design selections. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any made-to-order items.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, production begins, and all sales are considered final.

Alterations

If your garment requires adjustments, we offer one complimentary alteration for fit within 7 business days of receiving your order. After that period, alteration fees may apply. Alterations must be requested via email at atelier@maisondestoi.com with subject line: Le coeur d’Ella Alteration Request – [Your Order Number].

Production Timeline

Made-to-order garments typically take 2 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on design complexity. Estimated delivery windows will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

• Measurements: South Carolina clients may schedule an in-person fitting or complete our measurement form. Out-of-state and international clients must complete our measurement form to help ensure the best possible fit.

• Cancellations: Accepted within 12 hours of purchase only. After this period, production begins and the order cannot be canceled.
