Every Le Cœur d'Ella piece is handcrafted exclusively for you. As each garment is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• Measurements: South Carolina clients may schedule an in-person fitting or complete our measurement form. Out-of-state and international clients must complete our measurement form to help ensure the best possible fit.

• Cancellations: Accepted within 12 hours of purchase only. After this period, production begins and the order cannot be canceled.

• Alterations: One complimentary fit alteration is available if requested within 7 business days of delivery. Email atelier@maisondestoi.com with your order number.

• Production: Please allow 2–6 weeks for production.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will promptly resolve the issue.
