Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, production begins, and all sales are considered final.

Alterations

If your garment requires adjustments, we offer one complimentary alteration for fit within 7 business days of receiving your order. After that period, alteration fees may apply. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
