All Made-to-Order Sales Are Final

Each garment is custom-made specifically for you—based on your preferences, measurements, and design selections. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any made-to-order items.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, production begins, and all sales are considered final.

Alterations

If your garment requires adjustments, we offer one complimentary alteration for fit within 7 business days of receiving your order. After that period, alteration fees may apply. Alterations must be requested via email at atelier@maisondestoi.com with subject line: Le coeur d’Ella Alteration Request – [Your Order Number].

Production Timeline

Made-to-order garments typically take 2 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on design complexity. Estimated delivery windows will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Maison de Stoi offers an exclusive preorder option, allowing clients to reserve select items ahead of their official release. These pieces are crafted or sourced specifically for you and will be shipped once they become available.

Preorder timelines vary based on the item and may take 2 to 3 weeks or months for completion and delivery.

At the time of purchase, a non-refundable deposit will be charged as indicated at checkout. Once your item is ready, Maison de Stoi will notify you, automatically process any remaining balance (including shipping, taxes, and applicable duties), and arrange for prompt shipment.

If, for any reason, a preordered item becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund in the form of store credit.

Orders may only be modified while the preorder window is open. After this time, any changes will require a new order to be placed.

Clients may cancel a preorder within 48 hours of placing the order and receive store credit. After this period, cancellations are not permitted without the express written approval of Maison de Stoi.
